Breakfasts

All breakfasts are served on fine china and linen, and include fresh fruits, home-baked breads, assorted jams and jellies, juice, Kona coffee (regular or decaf), and a wide choice of herbal, Asian, and decaf teas.

 1- Fresh Vancouver Island Blueberry/Victoria-Style Cream Cheese Baked French Toast Cobbler - drizzled with blueberry reduction, accompanied by local, Island maple pork sausages.

  2- Fresh Vancouver Island Smoked Salmon Quiche - garnished with lemon and fresh dill from our garden. Served with vine-ripe broiled tomatoes dusted with fresh-grated Reggiano, and Montreal-style bagels accented with homemade jams and Victoria-style cream cheese.

  3- Banana-Cinnamon French Toast - drizzled with pure Canadian Maple Butter and dusted with cinnamon.   Served with island pork breakfast sausage and broiled pears topped with brie (or maple syrup).

  4- Mexican-Style Farm Fresh Egg Soufflé - with mild green chillies, topped with white cheddar. Served with sun-dried tomato flour tortilla-wrapped picante local sausage and vine-ripe tomato salsa and sour cream (or with green chilli scones and side picante local sausage).

  5- Baby Spinach, Mushroom, and Feta Frittata - served with crispy bacon and crumpets

  6- Asparagus Egg Crowns - garnished with cheese and cupped in Black Forest Ham. Served with fresh herb and olive oil seasoned broiled tomatoes, and Canadian Rye Toast, accompanied by a kaleidoscope of jams and jellies.

  7- Open-faced, Three-Pepper Omelette - served with a side of vine-ripe tomato salsa
