Our Policies:
RESERVATIONS: payment in full will be debited to the credit card given at time of booking, seven (7) days prior to your arrival. If you wish payment debited to an alternate credit card or split between multiple credit cards, you must contact us before we charge the original credit card.
CANCELLATIONS: Please cancel in writing a full ten (10) days prior to your arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Payment in full will be charged to your credit card seven (7) days prior to your arrival. No refunds can be provided after you have been charged.
NOTE: While we will always do our best to ensure you receive the room of your choice, we do not guarantee availability of specific rooms on all occasions.
CHECK IN TIME: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Not before 4 p.m. If your travel plans require a later than 6 p.m. arrival, please telephone 1 (888) 796-2699. An extra charge may be incurred for late arrival, unless you have prearranged this with the hostess.
CHECK OUT TIME: 10:30 a.m. Later departures may be arranged in advance.
